Joint Meeting Format: The Annual Spring Meeting is a one day educational forum held in conjunction with other renal associations. This arrangement provides the opportunity to attend two meetings in the same location and an excellent opportunity for networking. In addition to the other renal association's sessions, vendors representing the industry display their goods in the Exhibit Hall. This year's meeting will be in conjunction with the California Dialysis Council (CDC), a State Association established in 1982 to represent the California Dialysis Community. The NRAA Spring Meeting will be on Thursday, April 24th with a joint NRAA/CDC welcome reception that evening. The CDC Annual Meeting will commence on Friday morning and run through to Saturday mid-day. Exhibits will be held through the CDC's Annual Meeting along with a fun Silent Auction Reception on Friday evening to support the CDC's Political Action Committee.
Exhibitor Information: While there will be no exhibits during the day of the NRAA Spring Meeting, in the evening there will be a joint NRAA/CDC welcome reception in the CDC exhibit area. Reservation requests received after March 21, 2008 will be confirmed on a space available basis at published rates. The room rate is $179 for a single or a double standard room. Transportation to Palm Springs: Palm Springs International Airport is served by fourteen airline carriers. An alternative, is to fly to Ontario, California and rent a car (see below) the drive time is just over one hour. Many travelers have found this less expensive and leaves them with a car for the duration of the meeting. There is no charge for parking at the Wyndham Palm Springs Hotel.
